CANCELLATION, REFUND & FREEZE POLICY

Medical or travel freezes up to 30 days per membership year on written request with supporting reason. Freeze requests take effect from approval date and extend expiry accordingly.

Unused full-term fees are refundable within 7 days of purchase less a 10% administration fee. After induction or first assessment, fees are non-refundable but transferable to coaching credit at branch discretion.

Cancel anytime in writing or at your branch desk. Access continues to the paid expiry date. No further billing applies as memberships are single-payment terms.

Reschedule free of charge with 24-hour notice. No-shows forfeit the session. Prepaid PT blocks expire per package validity stated at purchase.
